M wanted some great pictures of herself to boost her self esteem after some recent changes in her life. We were SO ready to transform her! With the help of great make up artists Stephanie Mowat and good lighting, the transformation was thrilling. We all enjoyed the shoot tremendously and had so much fun because M has just the most bubbly personality ever! This shoot was done in studio but I usually prefer to use a lodge, hotel room or client’s home for boudoir to incorporate some windows, natural light and furniture but I love how this turned out.

M, thank you very very much for allowing me to post these images…considering the shy girl who walked in, and the femme fatale that walked out my studio, it would be a sin not to show these off!!

Looking at these images you will never believe that this lovely mom is about to give birth to twins?! And that will bless her with three boys, she is completely outnumbered! C had very clear ideas of the images she wanted, and she had some bold and dramatic ideas. The whole family made brilliant models and I just cannot wait to get the littlies back in the studio one of these days.

There is something very special about black-and-white photographs. So emotive and timeless. It is always my first choice for display, prints and books and I thought why not do an entire black-and-white post?!
When doing a shoot with me you will get a variety of colour and monochromatic images, I just chose my favourite black-and-whites from this shoot to showcase.

This little man is one of my favourites of all times. I have been photographing him since birth and I just can’t get enough of him. I want to eat him just like he is gobbling that cake!!

As the temperatures drop outside, things are warming up in here!

I was so happy when my very good friend S booked a boudoir shoot with me and even more elated at how gorgeous the shoot turned out. And of course the cherry on top is that she is willing to share some of the shots <3

Gustav’s parents have been clients of mine for a couple of years, I did his big sister’s shoot not toooo long ago. He made my year by arriving on New Years Day and I was so excited to meet him. And then his parents carried him into the studio…and I saw that hair! And he had me at hello! Welcome sweet little Gustav! come sweet little Gustav!
