M wanted some great pictures of herself to boost her self esteem after some recent changes in her life. We were SO ready to transform her! With the help of great make up artists Stephanie Mowat and good lighting, the transformation was thrilling. We all enjoyed the shoot tremendously and had so much fun because M has just the most bubbly personality ever! This shoot was done in studio but I usually prefer to use a lodge, hotel room or client’s home for boudoir to incorporate some windows, natural light and furniture but I love how this turned out.
M, thank you very very much for allowing me to post these images…considering the shy girl who walked in, and the femme fatale that walked out my studio, it would be a sin not to show these off!!

There is something very special about black-and-white photographs. So emotive and timeless. It is always my first choice for display, prints and books and I thought why not do an entire black-and-white post?!
When doing a shoot with me you will get a variety of colour and monochromatic images, I just chose my favourite black-and-whites from this shoot to showcase.

Gustav’s parents have been clients of mine for a couple of years, I did his big sister’s shoot not toooo long ago. He made my year by arriving on New Years Day and I was so excited to meet him. What is it about twins that makes one stand up and notice? In this case it must be the double dose of cuteness!!
I was privileged enough to get to photograph these little miracles at only 7 days old! Mommy was blessed to carry to 36 weeks and they spent no time in NICU. On the day of the shoot they were both weighing in at just over 2 kilos.
How lucky am I??!!

those who follow me online will know i don’t often share personal stuff on my blog or social media. today i am making an exception. i needed a model to show off my new set of feather dresses i importedΓö¼├í as props, and my own little girl is the perfect size and age. oh doesΓö¼├í she enjoyΓö¼├í modelling for me and even though this little nonsense ages me beyond my years every single day, when i look at these images she makes my heart bounce <3
