Maternity photography

The sky is the limit for maternity photographers. The only thing to keep in mind is your level of comfort. You have to be comfortable with the clothing you are wearing, your setting, as well as the photographer. No pressure, but we only have one opportunity to get this perfect. I will discuss your likes and dislikes as far as maternity portraits go so you have a say in the creative process and get exactly what you expect.

We will have a short consultation before your actual photo shoot and discuss your preferences regarding draping, semi-nudity, angles and retouching of pictures. The best pictures will be showing some skin but if you do not feel comfortable, it will shine through in your maternity pictures.

I always suggest doing some research of your own. Surf the internet for maternity photographs and decide which poses you like, and the style and feel of the maternity photographs you would like. I welcome any suggestions, even any cut-outs or screen-prints of maternity pictures that appeal to you.
